Parmar Hardik Kumar Rangitbhai is a high school student from Maswad village, in Halol, Gujarat. Although a bright student, he could not afford to attend coaching classes, which were held far from his village and would help him excel in his studies. This is where LBCT’s free academic support classes helped him. Running in six villages, the academic support classes are aimed at instilling subject knowledge in students.
Hardik joined the academic support classes in 9th grade and worked very hard to do well in school. He continued with the classes in 10th grade as well. The LBCT educator gave him proper guidance and suggestions to improve his score. As a result, he scored 79% on the 10th board exams and stood first in his school. Further, the career counselling program provided by the Trust and CEE (our partner organisation) guided him to choose the best career option. Currently, Hardik is in the 11th standard, having taken up commerce stream.
